STORY
Inspired by “UNABI” (Georgian/Japanese for Ziziphus—the jujube tree of life), UNABE pays homage to the Zen Buddhist concept of sui genesis nature of enlightenment.
Having successfully battled undiagnosed ADHD and major depression for many years, I made it my mission to share acquired knowledge and skills with virtually anyone that expresses interest in mindful practice—from yoga Nidra, Ashtanaga or Vinyasa to Ayurvedic principles, and more advanced brainwave entrainment techniques.
UNABE is a personal project in progress that welcomes individual enthusiasts into an immersive 3-week experience that aims to break down the otherwise notoriously complex aspects of yoga, tai chi, Ayurveda, and general approach to mental health, movement, and nutrition.

[co]APPRENTICESHIP
We are all apprentices to Mother Nature. The knowledge it bestows upon us comes with responsibility — the responsibility of sharing it with all that yearn to discover it. The purpose of UNABE is precisely that: to share in the experience of awakening on this crooked path to enlightenment, which, naturally, is unique for each and every one of us. How: We talk openly and let the journey of discovery and becoming begin. The rest is history yet to be written, your own story waiting to be told.
ABC[d] of WHOLESOME HEALTH
Intended for enthusiasts with prior exposure to the central themes of unabe, this class offers a more personalized and intimate experience. As I walk you through my journey of chaos and discipline, I hope to share a few easy yet non-straightforward tricks up my sleeve to help you achieve clarity and peak performance at a deeper, cellular level.
A two-week immersive class that aims to introduce enthusiasts to the fundamentals of mind and body wellness, my personal and existing concepts around spirituality, principles of Ayurveda, and yoga at large.
